To maintain the Certification or the Level I or Level II Training Certificate of Completion, a building operator must accumulate Maintenance Points. Five points per year are required for Level I, and ten points per year are required for Level II. The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) handles all BOC renewals.
